बिहार की राजनीति में एक बार फिर भूचाल देखने को मिल सकता है। ऐसा इसलिए क्योंकि सीबीआई ने बिहार के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री और राजद प्रमुख लालू प्रसाद यादव के खिलाफ सालों से पेंडिंग पड़े एक भ्रष्टाचार के केस को फिर से खोल दिया है। इसमें लालू यादव के अलावा, उनके बेटे और बिहार के डिप्टी सीएम तेजस्वी यादव और 2 बेटियां चंदा यादव और रागिनी यादव भी आरोपियों में शामिल हैं। ऐसा माना जा रहा है कि इस केस में जांच के बाद लालू और उनके बेटे एवं डिप्टी सीएम तेजस्वी यादव की मुश्किलें बढ़ सकती हैं।
मामले को फिर से खोलने के बाद सियासत गरमा गई है। सीबीआई की इस कार्रवाई से राजद के नेता बीजेपी पर हमलावर हो गए हैं। आरजेडी नेता सीबीआई की कार्रवाई को बदले की कार्रवाई मान रहे हैं। बिहार के उपमुख्यमंत्री तेजस्वी यादव ने कहा है कि, अगर उनके पिताजी बीजेपी से हाथ मिला लेते तो ऐसी कार्रवाई नहीं होती। तेजस्वी ने ट्वीट किया, ‘अगर लालू जी बीजेपी से हाथ मिला लेते तो वो आज हिंदुस्तान के राजा हरीशचंद्र होते। तथाकथित चारा घोटाला दो मिनट में भाईचारा घोटाला हो जाता, अगर लालू जी का DNA बदल जाता’।

तेजस्वी यादव ने मीडिया से बातचीत में कहा कि, “लालू यादव का जो जीवन है, वो खुली किताब है। जहां तक बात सीबीआई जांच की है तो हमने पहले ही सीबीआई से अपील की थी कि अगर उनको दफ्तर बनाना है तो हमारे घर में बना लीजिए, उसके बाद जांच कीजिए। तेजस्वी यादव ने कहा कि सीबीआई जांच से कोई फर्क नहीं पड़ता है। हम लोग खुली किताब हैं”।

पूर्व मंत्री और राजद के वरिष्ठ नेता विजय प्रकाश ने कहा- ‘लालू जी पर सीबीआई ने इतने सारे केस दर्ज किए हैं, लेकिन, हमें यकीन है कि सभी मामलों में वो बेगुनाह साबित होंगे। इनमें ताजा केस भी बेबुनियाद है।’
तो वहीं सीएम नीतीश के करीबी और कैबिनेट मंत्री विजय कुमार चौधरी ने कहा कि, “यह आश्चर्य की बात है कि सीबीआई सिर्फ उन लोगों का पीछा करती है जो भाजपा के विरोधी हैं। हम कभी भी किसी बीजेपी नेता के खिलाफ भ्रष्टाचार के मामले में एजेंसी को संज्ञान लेते हुए नहीं देखा है। राजनीतिक विरोधियों की छवि को धूमिल करने के लिए केंद्रीय एजेंसियों का दुरुपयोग किया जा रहा है। हालांकि, डरने की कोई बात नहीं है। लालू प्रसाद कई केसों का सामना कर रहे हैं।”
ये मामला क्या है?
UPA के पहले कार्यकाल के दौरान लालू प्रसाद यादव रेल मंत्री थे। उसी दौरान रेलवे के प्रोजेक्टस के अलॉटमेंट में इन पर भ्रष्टाचार के आरोप लगे थे। साल 2004 से लेकर 2009 तक यूपीए सरकार-1 में लालू प्रसाद यादव रेल मंत्री रहे थे. सीबीआई ने 2018 में रेलवे परियोजनाओं के आवंटन में भ्रष्टाचार के आरोपों की जांच शुरू की थी। हालांकि यह जांच मई 2021 में बंद कर दी गई थी। लालू यादव के अलावा, उनके बेटे तेजस्वी यादव, बेटियां चंदा यादव और रागिनी यादव भी इस केस में नामजद आरोपियों में शामिल हैं।
सीबीआई का क्या है आरोप?
जांच एजेंसी सीबीआई ने आरोप लगाया है कि लालू यादव ने रियल एस्टेट कंपनी डीएलएफ ग्रुप से रिश्वत के रूप में दिल्ली में एक प्रॉपर्टी प्राप्त की थी जिसके बदले में उन्होंने मुंबई के बांद्रा में रेल भूमि पट्टा प्रोजेक्ट को लीज पर दिया और नई दिल्ली रेलवे स्टेशन के डेवलपमेंट का काम भी सौंप दिया था। इन्हीं आरोपों को लेकर सीबीआई ने अपनी जांच फिर से शुरू की है।
भ्रष्टाचार के 5 केसों में लालू यादव को हो चुकी है सजा, 3 मामलों की चल रही है सुनवाई-
चारा घोटाला से जुड़े 6 मामलों में से 5 मामलों में लालू यादव को सजा मिल चुकी है। इनमें चाईबासा ट्रेजरी केस, देवघर ट्रेजरी केस, चाइबसा ट्रेजरी केस, दुमका ट्रेजरी केस और डोरंडा ट्रेजरी केस शामिल है। इसके अलावा बिहार के बांका ट्रेजरी केस मामले में अभी सुनवाई चल रही है। इस मामले में वो जमानत पर हैं। इसके अलावा लैंड फॉर जॉब और IRCTC घोटाला मामले में भी लालू जमानत पर चल रहे हैं।
गौरतलब है कि सीबीआई द्वारा इस मामले को फिर से खोलने का कदम उस वक्त लिया गया है, जब नीतीश कुमार ने बिहार में भाजपा से अलग होने और सरकार बनाने के लिए राष्ट्रीय जनता दल (राजद) से हाथ मिला लिया है। बिहार की राजनीति में अगस्त महीने में बड़ा उलटफेर हुआ था और नीतीश कुमार ने एनडीए का साथ छोड़कर महागठबंधन को जॉइन कर लिया था। जदयू ने राजद के साथ मिलकर सरकार बना ली थी। नीतीश ने 8वीं बार सीएम पद की शपथ ली थी। जबकि तेजस्वी को डिप्टी सीएम बनाया गया था। बिहार की बदली राजनीति के बीच सीबीआई के इस कदम से बड़े पैमाने पर राजनीतिक विवाद खड़ा होने की उम्मीद है।
