The online application process for admission to the undergraduate courses available in the Central University of Haryana (CUH), Mahendergarh for the academic session 2022-23 is underway. This time admission will be done in various central universities including University of Delhi, Jawaharlal Nehru University and Central University of Haryana through Common University Entrance Test (CUET) 2022. However, under this examination, according to the new National Education Policy the University is going to make admissions in three integrated courses, B.Sc.-M.Sc. Physics, B.Sc.-M.Sc. Chemistry and B.Sc.-M.Sc. Maths, that had started last year.
The Vice Chancellor of the University Prof. Tankeshwar Kumar said that all these three courses are being run in accordance with the new National Education Policy and through them students can directly pursue post-graduation after class XII. The Vice Chancellor said that these courses have been specially designed for the students keeping in mind the modern changes. In which along with academic excellence, efforts have also been made in the direction of employment-oriented and self-reliance. Of course, students can make a bright future by studying in these courses.
CUET-2022 Nodal Officer Dr. Phool Singh informed that these three integrated courses are available under the School of Basic Sciences. There are 30-30 seats available in each of these courses. He told that for B.Sc.-M.Sc. Physics the applicant should have passed 12th with Physics and Mathematics as a subject in the Science stream. For Chemistry, the applicant should have 12th in the Science stream with Chemistry as the subject and for B.Sc.-M.Sc. Mathematics, the applicant must have passed class XII with at least 50% marks in Science stream with Mathematics as a subject.
