अवसर पर ।
लोकार्पण के अवसर पर सिद्धार्थ नाथ सिंह ने कहा कि जनता सरकार की मूलभूत सुविधाओं एवं स्वच्छता आदि व्यवस्थाएं सुदृढ़ कर सकती है लेकिन जब सर्वसमाज का सहयोग रहता
है। समाज के सहयोग के बिना जनता के हितों में सरकार
कार्य नहीं कर सकती है। 2017 से पहले विधानसभा शहर पश्चिमी के कई मोहल्लों कालोनियों और गांव की सड़कों पर चलना और निकलना दुष्कर था उन मार्गो में बड़े-बड़े गड्ढों और गंदे पानी बहा करते थे। 30 -35 सालों से विधानसभा शहर पश्चिमी में बने कालोनियां कहीं भी व्यवस्थित नहीं थे उन को सरकार एक वृहद योजना एवं स्मार्ट सिटी योजना के माध्यम से व्यवस्थित कराने का संकल्प है।विकास का क्रम लगातार बढ़ रहा है। भविष्य में जो भी अधूरा है उन विकास कार्यो को आने वाले तीन वर्षों में पूर्ण करने का संकल्प है। सिद्धार्थ नाथ सिंह ने कहा कि जन-जन की आकांक्षाओं पर कार्य करने के लिए कृतसंकल्पित हूँ। विधानसभा शहर पश्चिमी को उत्तर प्रदेश में एक मॉडल के रूप में विकसित करने का संकल्प लेकर आप सबके बीच में आया हूँ।
इससे पहले कृष्णा विहार कॉलोनी में चंदन सिंह, रामकृष्ण मिशन मुंडेरा चुंगी कालोनी में शेष मिश्र,रिंकू यादव तथा आदर्श नगर कालोनी पोगहट पुल में वैभव सिंह पुत्र अखिलेश सिंह तथा यश केसरवानी पुत्र शंकर लाल के हाथों मा0 मंत्री ने विधिविधान के साथ लोकार्पण सम्पन्न कराया।
