कांग्रेस ने आज केंद्र सरकार पर वार करते हुये कहा,
केंद्र की भाजपा सरकार की तानाशाही सभी हदें पार कर गई हैं। यह देश की पहली ऐसी सरकार है जो ना तो सांसदों की बात सुनना चाहती, ना ही संसद की। कांग्रेस महासचिव के.सी वेणुगोपाल ने कहा-
जब-जब कांग्रेस पार्टी के नेतृत्व में समूचा विपक्ष कमरतोड़ महँगाई, बेतहाशा बेरोज़गारी, डूबती अर्थव्यवस्था, किसान-मज़दूरों की अथाह पीड़ा व दलितों-आदिवासियों-पिछड़ों-अल्पसंख्यकों के अधिकारों के दमन के महत्वपूर्ण मुद्दे उठाता है, उन पर बहस करना चाहता है, तो मोदी सरकार एक सोचे समझे षड्यंत्र के तहत संसद को खुद ही नहीं चलने देती। देश के 75 साल के इतिहास में पहली बार अब पत्रकारों को भी संसद की कार्यवाही पत्रकार दीर्घा से देखने के लिए सड़कों पर आंदोलन करना पड़ रहा है।
आज कमरतोड़ महंगाई देश के हर व्यक्ति के लिए एक गंभीर संकट है। महंगाई रोकने की बजाय आए दिन मोदी सरकार कीमतें बढ़ा और टैक्स लगा वसूली कर रही है।
कांग्रेस अध्यक्षा, सोनिया गांधी एवं राहुल गांधी के नेतृत्व में कांग्रेस पार्टी ने निर्णय लिया कि 12 दिसंबर, 2021 को दिल्ली में एक व्यापक ‘‘महंगाई हटाओ रैली’’ कर दमनकारी मोदी सरकार की आंखों से पर्दा उठाने का काम करेंगे। कांग्रेस पार्टी ने इस महारैली के आयोजन के लिए अनुमति माँगी। काफ़ी मशक्कत के बाद सरकार ने द्वारका में रैली की अनुमति दी। अब जब रैली की तैयारियाँ ज़ोर-शोर पर हैं, तथा पूरे देश से कांग्रेस के लोगों सहित आम जनमानस अपनी आवाज़ बुलंद करने को तैयार है, एक सुनियोजित षडयंत्र के तहत मोदी सरकार ने दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल पर दबाव बनाकर द्वारका, दिल्ली में होने वाली ‘महंगाई हटाओ रैली’ की अनुमति को खारिज करवा दिया।
एक बार फिर महँगाई से पिसती जनता की पीड़ा पर विपक्ष की मज़बूत आवाज़ को रोकने का विफ़ल प्रयास किया।
अहंकारी प्रधानमंत्री नहीं चाहते कि महँगे पेट्रोल डीज़ल, महँगा गैस सिलिंडर, महँगा खाने का तेल, महँगी दाल और सब्जियां, तथा आसमान छूती सभी चीजों की कीमतों पर जन आंदोलन हो और यह सार्वजनिक हो कि कमरतोड़ महंगाई के लिए सीधे-सीधे मोदी सरकार जिम्मेवार है। पर हम न झुकने वाले हैं, न डरने वाले हैं।
जनता के सुख-दुख को उठाने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध कांग्रेस पार्टी ने निर्णय किया है कि अब यह ‘‘महंगाई हटाओ रैली’’ 12 दिसंबर, 2021 को ही जयपुर, राजस्थान में आयोजित की जाएगी।
हम जनता की आवाज़ उठाते रहेंगे। उनकी लड़ाई लड़ते रहेंगे जब तक इस अहंकारी, निर्दयी और पूँजीपतिपरस्त सरकार की अक्ल ठिकाने न लगा दें और इसे मजबूर न कर दें कि जनता को महंगाई से राहत दे।
