बुधवार को जब लोकसभा का सत्र चल रहा था तब संसद में एक बड़ी सुरक्षा चूक देखने को मिली थी। यह उल्लंघन छह व्यक्तियों के एक समूह द्वारा किया गया था, जिनमें से दो – सागर शर्मा और मनोरंजन डी – लोकसभा कक्ष में घुसपैठ करने में कामयाब रहे थे। सूत्रों ने बताया कि इस मामले में हो रही पुलिस जांच से पता चला है कि मामले के चार आरोपियों ने पिछले सत्र के दौरान भी संसद की सुरक्षा में सेंध लगाने की कोशिश की थी।
जब पुलिस ने पूछताछ की तो महाराष्ट्र के रहने वाले 25 वर्षीय दलित व्यक्ति अमोल शिंदे ने खुलासा किया कि वे पिछले सत्र में भी संसद की सुरक्षा में सेंध लगाने और अराजकता पैदा करने की योजना बना रहे थे। अमोल उन दो लोगों में शामिल हैं जिसने बुधवार को संसद परिसर के बाहर पीला धुआं छोड़ने वाले डिब्बे लेकर विरोध प्रदर्शन किया था। दूसरे व्यक्ति की पहचान नीलम के रूप में हुई है।
सूत्रों के अनुसार शिंदे ने बताया है कि वे अंतिम योजना पर आगे नहीं बढ़ सके क्योंकि उस समय विजिटर पास की व्यवस्था नहीं की जा सकी।
संसद के शीतकालीन सत्र के दौरान, एक आरोपी सागर शर्मा, भाजपा सांसद प्रताप सिम्हा के नाम पर प्रवेश के लिए आगंतुक पास प्राप्त करने में कामयाब रहा।
सिम्हा ने बुधवार को सदन अध्यक्ष ओम बिरला से मुलाकात की और कहा कि आरोपी के पिता मनोरंजन डी उनके निर्वाचन क्षेत्र मैसूर में रहते हैं और उन्होंने नए संसद भवन का दौरा करने के लिए पास का अनुरोध किया था। उन्होंने लोकसभा अध्यक्ष को यह भी बताया कि उनके पास इसके अलावा कोई अतिरिक्त जानकारी नहीं है।
योजना के पीछे का मास्टरमाइंड ललित झा है, जिसे मामले में छठे आरोपी के रूप में पहचाना गया है। आरोपी ‘भगत सिंह फैन क्लब’ नाम के सोशल मीडिया पेज के जरिए जुड़े थे। हालांकि, दिल्ली पुलिस का मानना है कि इस मामले में छह से अधिक लोग शामिल हैं। मामले की जांच चल रही है।
इस बीच संसद सुरक्षा उल्लंघन मामले में चार आरोपियों को आगे की पूछताछ के लिए सात दिनों की पुलिस हिरासत में भेज दिया गया है। वे फिलहाल दिल्ली पुलिस की हिरासत में हैं।
इससे पहले आरोपी सागर शर्मा, मनोरंजन डी, नीलम वर्मा और अमोल शिंदे को पटियाला हाउस कोर्ट में पेश किया गया। दिल्ली पुलिस ने कोर्ट से 15 दिन की रिमांड मांगी थी।
पुलिस ने कोर्ट को बताया कि हमला एक सुनियोजित साजिश थी। पुलिस ने बताया कि आरोपी के पास एक पर्चा था जिसमें पीएम मोदी को लापता दिखाया गया था। पोस्टर में कहा गया है कि जो कोई भी पीएम को ढूंढेगा उसे स्विस बैंक से इनाम दिया जाएगा। आरोपियों ने पीएम को घोषित अपराधी की तरह दिखाया।
कोर्ट को बताया गया कि आरोपियों ने संसद की सुरक्षा से बचने के लिए अपने जूतों में छेद कर दिया और गैस कनस्तरों को उनमें छिपा दिया। सरकारी वकील ने कहा कि आरोपियों को जांच के लिए लखनऊ, मुंबई, मैसूर और कई अन्य जगहों पर ले जाने की जरूरत है।
दिल्ली पुलिस ने दलील देते हुए कहा कि ये सोची समझी साजिश के तहत किया गया अपराधिक कृत्य है जिसका मकसद आतंक फैलाना था। सभी आरोपों लंबे समय से एक दूसरे को जानते हैं। ये सभी भगत सिंह युवा फैन क्लब से जुड़े थे जिसे बाद में डिलीट कर दिया गया। दिल्ली पुलिस ने कहा वो सभी आरोपियों को आमने सामने बैठाकर पूछताछ कराना चाहती है। इसके अलावा कई जगहों पर ले जाकर शिनाख्त करनी है।
लेकिन आरोपी के वकील ने कहा कि मामले की जांच के लिए चार से पांच दिन की रिमांड पर्याप्त है।
